- Documentation of a current flu shot or official flu declination
- Titers within the past 10 years
- Two professional reference letters

What to Expect from HHA Training Programs

If you don’t currently have an active or valid license, our team will refer you to a training school to acquire a certification. Maintaining Your Certification
