To work as a certified home health aide, you will need the following documentation:
HHA Certificate
Proof of eligibility to work in the US: For a List of acceptable Documents:

Pre-employment physical with required labs
Physical within the last year
4-7 panel drug screen within the last 6 months
PPD within 6 months or QuantiFERON within one year
