Amazing Home Care Services, LLC ( “Amazing”) is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the highest level of business and ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, as well as health care program requirements, accepted industry practices, and professional standards that apply to and impact Amazing (collectively, “Regulations”). To further this objective, Amazing has adopted a Medicaid Compliance Program designed to prevent, detect and deter fraud, waste and abuse and ensure compliance with these Regulations. The Compliance Program is overseen by a Chief Compliance Officer with the support of a Compliance Committee. Persons who become aware of potential fraud, waste or abuse, including instances of potential noncompliance, can contact the Chief Compliance Officer anonymously and confidentially by calling the Company’s Compliance Hotline at 1-800-715-7021.
The Compliance Program includes Standards of Conduct, available here. The Standards of Conduct are a constitution of sorts, providing a foundational framework of Amazing’s ideals and conveying a synopsis of the expectations that the company has for those who are employed by or interact with Amazing.
